Working full-time? Part-time study available. Need intensive training? Accelerated tracks run monthly. Prefer weekends? We have options that fit your life.

Career Focus

Investment banking models differ from corporate finance. Private equity uses different approaches than asset management. Choose tracks aligned with your career direction.

Support Level

Some students prefer independent study with occasional check-ins. Others benefit from weekly mentor sessions and peer study groups. Both approaches work.

12-Week Financial Modeling Curriculum

This isn't another basic Excel course. We focus on building models that real analysts use daily – from three-statement models to complex LBO scenarios. Each week builds on the previous, but modules can be adjusted based on your starting knowledge.

Weeks 1-3

Foundation & Three-Statement Models

Master the interconnections between income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow. Build working models for actual Korean companies including SK Hynix and POSCO. Learn advanced Excel functions that save hours of manual work.

Weeks 4-6

Valuation Methods & DCF Models

Build discounted cash flow models from scratch. Calculate weighted average cost of capital for emerging market contexts. Practice with real company data and learn sensitivity analysis techniques used by top-tier analysts.

Weeks 7-9

Comparable Analysis & Trading Models

Create sophisticated comparable company analyses. Learn to find truly comparable companies in concentrated markets like South Korea. Build trading comps and transaction comps that pass institutional standards.

Weeks 10-12

Advanced Models & Portfolio Project

Choose between LBO modeling, merger models, or sum-of-the-parts valuations. Complete a comprehensive analysis of a major Korean conglomerate. Present your findings to industry professionals for feedback.

Comprehensive Learning Support

Learning complex financial modeling requires more than just video tutorials. Our support system ensures you master each concept before moving forward.

Weekly Office Hours

Every Tuesday evening, join live sessions where you can ask questions about specific modeling challenges. Review tricky formulas, debug spreadsheet errors, or discuss career applications of what you're learning.

Peer Study Groups

Connect with other finance professionals in Seoul area. Work through problem sets together, share industry insights, and build lasting professional networks. Many alumni continue meeting monthly after graduation.

Model Review Service

Submit your completed models for detailed feedback. Our instructors review formula logic, check for common errors, and suggest improvements. This catches mistakes before they become habits.

Industry Guest Speakers

Monthly presentations from working professionals at Korean investment banks, private equity firms, and corporate development teams. Learn how models are actually used in deal-making and strategic planning.
